Store Manager / Operations & Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for a motivated, self-starting individual to join our team in a hands-on, dynamic role supporting daily store operations and growth.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes initiative, and has a genuine interest in animal care and ranching-related products. The right candidate will be dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations and support overall store performance
- Assist customers with knowledge of ranching, horses, cattle, dogs, cats, lambs, and other animals
- Help develop and execute in-store and local advertising ideas
- Support inventory organization and merchandising
- Collaborate with ownership on business growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- Background or strong interest in ranching, livestock, and animal care (professional or personal experience required)
- Self-motivated, reliable, and hard-working
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Comfortable taking initiative and sharing ideas
- Strong communication and customer service skills
